What are the catering options for my event?
We have several catering options available. You can choose from our excellent dining menus, or our team of chefs can create bespoke menus for any occasions.
We also have informal options from delicious canapés to warm buffets.
Can we bring in outside catering?
Unfortunately this is not allowed; with the exception of religious functions or special dietary requirements.
What equipment do Sloans provide?
The Grand Ballroom hire is inclusive of a PA system with a 5 channel input system and mixing desk.
Linen is also available at an additional charge of 50p per linen napkin and £2-3.50 for 6ft linen table cloths.
We have a cinema screen, measuring 6ft by 11ft, available to hire for events.
What are the opening/closing times of Sloans?
Sloans is open for business from 11.30am - Midnight on Monday - Thursday, 11.30am - 1am on Friday, 11am - 1am on Saturday and 11am - Midnight on Sunday.
Children under the age of 12 are allowed in the premises until 10pm at a private function, and anyone under 18 until 8pm in our bistro area.
For meetings or corporate days you will have access from 9am.
For deliveries and events there will be access available from 9am each morning.
Are children allowed within Sloans?
Children are allowed in our bistro area until 8pm.
For private functions children under the age of 12 are allowed within a licensed premise until 10pm.
Can we decorate the room for our event?
Any of our rooms can be decorated to create a special atmosphere for your event and our staff will be on hand to help in any way they can.
