- Smoked mackerel salad with apple rocket & mustard dressing
- Mushroom and brie rarebit with rosemary oil and rocket

- Thyme roasted Chicken with Haggis fritter, pea puree and pan juices
- Fillet of sea bass with shaved fennel, grilled peppers and herb gnocchi
- Spinach and ricotta tortellini with summer vegetables and lemon butter
