- Carpaccio of cured beef with rocket, parmesan & truffle oil
- Salad of char grilled artichokes with roast peppers, fresh basil, pine nuts & lemon oil
- MAINS
- Fillet of sea bass with crab mash & sauce vierge
- Roast chicken wrapped in Parma ham with baby new potatoes & seasonal greens
- Coq au vin - French bistro chicken with red wine, mushrooms, pancetta & baby onions
- Fillet of salmon with a dill & lemon crust, potato gallette & tomato oil
- Pumpkin & feta fritters with pumpkin puree, toasted pine nuts & blush tomato relish

- Individual tarts - Apple, pear or apricot with mascarpone & calvados cream
