Whisky & Comedy night - in aid of Visibility

Celebrate St Andrew's Day a week early, thanks to Visibility's Whisky Tasting with a twist...

Guests will have the chance to learn about four of Scotland’s whiskies from the experts at Oddbins alongside matching canapes, and entertainment provided by comedian Jamie MacDonald for only £30 per person.

What’s the twist though? Guests will be blindfolded during some of the tastings, and asked to test their taste-buds to explore the flavours of each drink and accompaniment. Come along and help support local people with sight loss, with a dram and a laugh!

Tickets are also available by calling Sarah at the Visibility office on 0141 332 4632.

Please note:

Tickets are only available to people aged 18 or over and we encourage people to drink responsibly.

Situated in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre, Sloans is one of the city's most stunning and impressive venues set over three decadent floors. Many original features remain to this day in the Grade A listed building. These include the ceramic tiled entrance, grand mahogany staircase, rich woodwork, rare acid-etched glass and ceilings heavily decorated with plaster mouldings, which have been newly-restored complete with gilt-edging and detail. Unfortunately, because the building is so old we do not have any way of offering wheelchair or limited mobility access, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
